The Veronicas and Killing Heidi lead SA’s Handpicked Festival lineup for November!

Another festival set to hit a lush winery surrounding in South Australia is coming this November 12th, with the 2016 Handpicked Festival being lined up for Lake Breeze Wines at Langhorne Creek. Today, two festival headliners have been announced, with The Veronicas and Killing Heidi – who recently announced their reunion in celebration of Reflector and the band’s 20th anniversary – both confirmed to perform.

For The Veronicas, it’s been some time since they’ve performed in SA and with their latest tune “In My Blood” sending the sisters to the top of the ARIA charts, their return is no doubt going to be a popular one. As for Killing Heidi? Their set at the Handpicked Festival will be the band’s only South Australian show off the back of their recent reunion, making the event an unmissable one for fans.

Joining these two bands on today’s announcement is Adelaide favourite, Thom Lion & The Tamers. It’s been a solid year so far for the popular songwriter and performer, who has already shared stages with the likes of Saskwatch and The Rubens, with his own headline status further being cemented as each month and single release goes by.

For the first time this year, the organisers of the Handpicked Festival are offering punters a camping option onsite, with room for 500 campers to sleep off a day and night of indulging in wine and award winning produce.
