BUTTERFLY BOUCHER FINAL SHOWCASE GIG IN MELBOURNE

It is Friday night and as I look around, I can see that all of Melbourne's finest have braced the freezing weather for a night of music. People are sipping red wine crouched on the floor of The Workers Club in Fitztroy, which is the industrial epicentre of the hobochic elite. As I stand against the bar, I wonder just how Brisbane headliners, The Art of Sleeping, will adapt to this quintessential Melbourne scene.

Brisbane indie band The Art of Sleeping have announced that they'll be on the road through June and July to promote their forthcoming EP. The tour will be the band's first as headliners, after having had a decent run of support slots safely secured under their belts, most recently playing alongside Owl Eyes.
