the Au review spoke to Sola Rosa, fresh off a tour and the release of Low and Behold, High and Beyond. What began as a one-man project by Andrew Spraggon, Sola Rosa has grown into an eclectic collaboration band. With growing success across New Zealand and Australia, there was much to talk about.
Andrew Spraggon's work as Sola Rosa has produced a six album-long career so far, as well as a fair few awards and a decade of genre bending tunes. From humble beginnings as a self-released, one-man project, Sola Rosa has grown into a live collective of international repute, and this September, Australians will be able to see the collective perform!
Mud. I have never seen so much of it. Mud crusting on to my legs, mud seeping into the tent, mud swallowing me on the dancefloor. Mud, and rain.
