It isn’t everyday that a musical brain like Glenn A. Baker is a guest at your show. But then, there is only one Roger Hodgson. Baker introduced the former front man of Supertramp as having been responsible for producing “One of the most distinctive sounds in rock in the 70s and 80s”. Hodgson lived up to this praise by delivering a two hour show that felt like a journey through the past on a wet, Wednesday night (because it was raining again – even if this famous hit was omitted from the set list!)
Roger Hodgson, the legendary voice of Supertramp, played to an enthusiastic crowd on a rainy Wednesday night at Sydney's State Theatre. Running through a comprehensive set of both his and Supertramp's biggest hits, Jason Li was there to capture all the action!
Day Four of Bluesfest, on Easter Sunday, kicked off with a bang with an explosive performance by Mason Rock Band as they delivered raucous Aussie blues rock. Featuring an intense mix of percussion, double bass, guitars and boisterous vocals, the band played to a packed out tent filled with enthusiastic listeners. Bringing out a whole lot of cheek, these guys put on a stomping, all Aussie show.
