This week, that road returned them to Adelaide.

Photo Gallery: Big Day Out - Adelaide (03.02.12)

Attendance at the Adelaide Big Day Out was way down this year, but the enthusiasm level of the crowd was high. A scaled down show, minus the eastern states headliner Kayne West and one main stage gave this festival a more intimate feel. Between the main stage and the Guvera skate stage, Legends of Vert performed on the half pipe skate ramp. Perfect weather for an enjoyable day of music.

the AU interview: Ride Into The Sun (Adelaide)

The hardest thing to do as a young band in Australia is to persuade prospective fans that you offer something innovative. Either musically, aesthetically or ideologically, the bands that don’t fulfill the criteria for success often fail because they mire themselves in self-definition without ever really arriving at a satisfying conclusion.
