Secret Garden Festival announces full line up for 2015!

The Secret Garden Festival recently dropped the news that it had completely sold out all tickets for the 2015 festival, which was only testament to the event's continued popularity and faith from the loyal public who've backed it for so long. Today, the Sydney organisers dropped the full line up of artists set to perform and man, is it impressive. Over 60 bands and DJs will play over four stages at Secret Garden, promising to be the biggest outing of the festival yet. Both international and Australian talent will be represented well at the event, so if you've managed to nab yourself a ticket, you're definitely in a lucky crop!

the AU interview: Chelsea May Wheatley of Chela (Melbourne) talks Sugar Mountain Festival!

Electro pangs and slithers of disco, Chela is a force to be reckoned with. The Fremantle born songstress is keeping busy. Collaborations and tours are just a fraction of her creative outlet. Fresh back from the US, we caught up with Chela to talk Australian talent, the punk to pop progression and her fan girl expectations for 2015’s Sugar Mountain.

Single Stream: No Zu "Raw Vis Vision" (2014)

You need some more funky disco in your life, especially when it has made it's way onto a carefully curated compilation by Aussie treasures Cut Copy. The Melbourne wizards are set to release Oceans Apart in November, a compilation album full of tracks hand picked and mixed by the unstoppable band. Our first taste comes in the form of "No Vis Vision" by fellow Melbourne locals No Zu, and it's one big psych-disco trip, the kind you'll be making up dance moves to all summer festival season.

the AU interview: Pete Keen, Artist and Creative Director of SUGARYAMA (Melbourne)

Live Review: Lost City feat. Thee Oh Sees + NOBUNNY + NO ZU + Oisima & more - Adelaide (01-03.02.13)

I’m writing this review after sleeping all day Monday thanks to being absolutely exhausted from the visual, aural and kinesthetic experience that was Lost City. A completely immersive experience that delighted the explorer in me, challenged my notions of “real” music, had me crawling in and out of a cardboard cubby house, face painted by a nine year old with a flashing fairy light hat and dancing until I couldn’t stand up.
