APRA|AMCOS initiative SongHubs set to connect Australian songwriters & producers in LA during Grammy Week!

APRA|AMCOS initiative SongHubs, the program which partners Australian songwriters with international music creatives, is set to head Stateside this year! We went behind the scenes with SongHubs when the sessions took place in Mumbai back in 2014, where the likes of Cloud Control, Peking Duk and more worked with musicians in India, resulting in invaluable new relationships and some great music being made. Now, to coincide with Grammy Week, SongHubs is heading to LA to link up some Aussie songwriters with some US producers and songwriters.

Live Review: Mariah Carey + Nathaniel - Adelaide Entertainment Centre (05.11.2014)

For Mariah Carey, her Australian 'Elusive Chanteuse' tour had been marred by poor reviews of her recent Asian shows, not to mention a less than impressive reaction from her Perth show only a few nights ago. The Adelaide Entertainment Centre arena was by no means filled out and when Carey made her entrance roughly 20 minutes late, I'll admit I was a bit hesitant about how well things were going to travel. It didn't take long for Carey to dash all those doubts however, kicking off her set with "Fantasy", sending the crowd into a chaotic sing along.
