BIGSOUND Live: Highlights of Night Two - Part Two (10.09.15)

Hangovers reeling, tiredness setting in; though there’s no time to stop as the music keeps on spinning at BIGSOUND live round two. My second night started at The Zoo for I Know Leopard. Leopards in a zoo, I’m sure there is a pun in there somewhere. With their cosmic, ‘70s inspired, melancholic pop tunes the band tugged on heart strings of punters, providing merit for the heavy airplay their new single "Close My Eyes" is getting on Triple J. Sharp rhythms and soft melodies come together in a perfect marriage.

Muscles returns with the 'I Believe in Unicorns Tour' this August!

Muscles, the Melbourne-based mind behind "Ice Cream", "Sweaty" and "Girl Crazy Go", has announced a new club tour for August, wrapping with a special set of appearances as part of BIGSOUND Live this year! With a new track released in "Unicorns", Muscles will be showcasing the new tune live around the country while also providing fans with an insight into album number three.

BIGSOUND has named the first 50 artists for the 2015 live program and for another year, Brisbane looks to become a buzzing hive of excellent live music in September! BIGSOUND Live sees 14 music venues through the Valley taken over by some impressive line ups of bands from around Australia and abroad over two nights for what has become Australia's biggest gathering of industry and music fans. Last year's BIGSOUND program was hectic, showcasing some diverse and brilliant talent - both emerging and established - and this year is going to be no different.
