Louis Baker hooks up with Shapeshifter’s Devin Abrams for “The Way (Remix)” ahead of national tour

Red Bull Music Academy alumni Louis Baker is bringing his sharp, soul-penetrating voice to Australia and New Zealand for a tour starting this week, accompanied with a shiny new remix of his single “The Way” by Shapeshifter’s Devin Abrams. Unlike most of Shapeshifter’s better known material, there are no cutting edge drums or deep bass to be found here, rather Abrams has worked in harmony with Baker’s heavenly voice, delivering a structure that lifts the atmospheric tune to dizzying heights with a subtle palette of strings and soft percussion.

“To hear The Way evolve through working with my bro’ Devin has been an absolute pleasure. I added new guitar parts and vocals while Devin worked his skillful production magic. I really love what he has given sonically to this track” says Louis of the remix.
