It’s about damn time! Lizzo has released tour dates for Australia in July 2023.
The rnb/pop diva is headed to Australian shores to headline Splendour in the Grass and will add in the Special performances bringing music sensation Tkay Maidza as the supporting act. The Special tour will kick off at the RAC Arena in Perth on July 14 before heading to Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on July 17 and finally to Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney on July 23.
Lizzo’s tour comes straight off her Grammy win for Record of the Year for About Damn Time. Her fourth album Special topped the US Billboard charts and reached number two on the Aria charts. The album featured the hit singles “2 Be Loved (Am I Ready)”, “About Damn Time” and “Special” with an epic remix featuring Sza.
The American Express pre-sale opens at 11am on Friday March 24 and will be open till 11am on Tuesday March 28. The Live Nation pre-sale begins at 12pm on Tuesday March 28 and will be open till 10am on Wednesday March 29. General public tickets will go on sale from 11am on Wednesday March 29.
