Glen Hansard announces the ‘Didn’t He Ramble’ Australian tour for October

Glen Hansard is on his way back to Australia to win hearts, charm them, break them and then win them back over again on a tour of the country in October. The Irish songwriter was, of course, catapulted into the spotlight with the success of Once, though many fans who have been following his career with The Frames will have been well aware of his talent long prior.

A concrete sincerity and rawness comes with Hansard’s performances – an ability to evoke both vulnerability and a strength within his music that is just wonderful to watch. For this tour, Australian crowds will be seeing Hansard perform alongside an 11-piece band, including a brass and strings section, making these new shows unmissable.
