One of our discoveries at The Great Escape earlier this year, Dublin buzz group Girl Band recently released an excellent video for their latest single "Paul". Taken from their soon-to-be-released debut album Holding Hands With Jamie, the video was directed by Bob Gallagher, who explains the idea behind the video after the jump.

With The Great Escape at an end, we're looking back at the weekend of incredible performances by sharing with you our favourite discoveries of the event! Now, some of these names we'd heard before, but all of them were bands we witnessed live for the first time. And boy were we impressed... here now, counting down in order, are our top six discoveries of The Great Escape 2015 in Brighton, England:

Saturday marked the third and final day of the 10th annual The Great Escape Festival in Brighton, England. Larry Heath was on ground at the event to discover new talent and witness some of Australia's finest bands in a unique setting. It is with this in mind that the day started at The Aussie BBQ, held along Brighton's beach at Concorde 2.

For the past four years, Laneway Festival has celebrated their internationally renouned festival by throwing a special party at SXSW. The event often serves as an indicator of some of the bands we might end up seeing at Laneway in Australia in the following year. Well, next Wednesday it's happening again for the fifth consecutive year, and we have the full lineup here for you to enjoy, from METZ to Viet Cong and East India Youth.
