Stereosonic Single Feature: Generik Featuring Nicky Van She "The Weekend" (2014)

DJ and now musician in his own right Tyson O’Brien (aka Generik) is making a whole bunch of noise in a very summer-y way with ‘The Weekend’. The single has some pretty bouncy piano riffs which scream out “party time” beside beaches and pools everywhere in overly expensive suburbs. While Nicky Van She provides vocals with a bunch of “oohs” and “ehhs” and something about going to “jack”.
