To celebrate the Annandale Hotel's 12th anniversary, the venue is kicking off the party from July 5- 15 with a number of great acts performing.

Looks like the weather isn't going to stop Brisbane's Laneway from going ahead, and rest assured music-goers will get their thrills from an array of amazing talents at this year's summer festivals! Here'e the latest festival news:

Some bands just never say die. Front End Loader reached their peak back in 1997 with their third album The Last of the V8 Interceptors. 14 years on, they have just released their sixth album Ritardando and tonight they undertook an album launch at The Annandale Hotel. A fitting location as their fifth album contained a live recording from the same hotel.

Sometimes known as the best live rock band in the country, and at other times the drunkest, Front End Loader are back with a new slab of rockin' tunes engineered perfectly for modern day living. The aptly titled, (and you may want to google this one) ‘Ritardando’ was released on May 6.
