Sydney Festival Review: So Frenchy So Chic - St John's College, Camperdown (18.01.14)

Cartell Music and Renault added greatly to the outstanding variety at this year’s Sydney Festival, bringing their brand of strictly French-themed picnics to our city with So Frenchy, So Chic. While, the name implies a gimmicky event designed to give the upper class a reason to travel to Camperdown, the day was an endearing slice of French culture handed to a via four terrific acts, more premium champagne and delicious wine then you could hope for, and some seriously addictive food, both sweet and savoury.

If you're planning on heading along to So Frenchy, So Chic In The Park in Sydney this Saturday, the event has released set times! Part of the Sydney Festival, So Frenchy, So Chic heads to St. John's College for the first time in 2014. Melbourne partied on French style last weekend and Sydney's priming up for their turn - it'll be a good one!

So Frenchy, So Chic In The Park is returning to Werribee Park Mansion, and making its debut in Sydney 2014. The event showcases some of the finest French food, wine and music. Lou Doillon, Lilly Wood & the Prick, Fefe and Babylon Circus will treat you to musical performances, while you sip wine and gorge on French food. Young kids will also be entertained with croquet, face painting, puppet shows, petanque and more.
