There’s only just under a month to go before Farmer & The Owl kicks off and it just keeps getting bigger with new music, food and arts additions. The Wollongong festival is already hosting the likes of DZ Deathrays, Bad//Dreems and Jebediah amongst many more, and have now announced that Velociraptor, Rolls Bayce, Jeremy Neale, Parkside + Friends, SPACE 44 DJs, Blackbear, Honeybear, Berko (FBi), Vintage Stylus DJs and Music Farmers DJs will also be joining.
In addition the huge array of music, this year Farmer & The Owl will be expanding a concept – ‘The Imaginarium’ – into a hub of cinema, arts and shopping. For a chillout space, look no further than the Silent Cinema. Space 44 and L.A. Early will showcase an interactive range of artworks, whereas Zender Bender will focus on stage projections and graphics designed to wow. Plenty of live artists will be making appearances too, including Raymond Lalotoa, Drahos Zac, Alana Cappetta, Farmer & Owl Street Arm Team and many more. There will also be over 20 unique market stalls to satisfy.
Finally, in between acts there will be plenty of places for you to recharge and grab a bite to eat. Farmer & Owl have covered a range of cuisines to suit everyone in their many food stalls: Lee & Me, Heritage Kitchen, The Prickly Pair, The Nighthawk Diner, Berlin Bangers, Fired Up Mobile Pizzeria, O!momo, Hummus Bar and Bush Tucka.
