DELTA SPIRIT

The AU's 7 favourite performances and discoveries from Lollapalooza Chicago 2015

With what must have been hundreds of performances over three days on more than eight stages, Chicago's iconic Lollapalooza festival has its fair share of eclectism and choice for all attendees. And alongside the big names - from Paul McCartney to Metallica - there are plenty of unknowns too. Emerging local, national and international artists who the festival wants to give you the chance to discover. Our following feature runs through a couple of our own favourite discoveries at the festival, alongside our favourite performances from the bands we already know.

SXSW 2015 Photo Gallery: Rachael Ray's Feedback ft. Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zeros - Stubb's BBQ (21.03.15)

US celebrity chef Rachael Ray held her annual Rachael Ray's Feedback SXSW music showcase at Stubb's BBQ. In addition to the delicious food (tacos, sausage in blanket, sliders and sweet corn salad was on the menu) we had fantastic music from the likes of The Cringe, Big Data, Delta Spirit, The Districts, Scott Weiland And The Wildabouts, Raekwon and Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zeros (pictured above). Johnny Au was there to sample the food and bring us these pictures.

Rachael Ray's Feedback party lights up SXSW with Edward Sharpe, Delta Spirit and a lot of food...

For the 8th consecutive year, Rachael Ray's Feedback Party took over Stubb's BBQ for the final afternoon of SXSW, seeing a mix of bands from around the world play across three stages, while four Rachael Ray recipes (which you can see HERE), were enjoyed by the masses (you have to try the tacos!) - some of whom had lined up since the early hours of the morning to get their position in what has become one of the most popular and anticipated events of SXSW each and every year.
