Since her debut Stylin’ Up, Christine Anu has kept herself busy by taking on new projects that vary widely outside the scope of a normal trajectory of a musician's career - from performing at huge Olympic ceremonies to recently recording Christmas albums. One thing she is used to however is performing at Woodfordia, and she’s doing it again for this New Year. She was kind enough to chat to us ahead of her performances at the Woodford Folk Festival.

Sidney Myer Music Bowl to celebrate the anniversary of the Apology to the Stolen Generations with a concert in February.

In what is set to be a special night of recognition, reflection and music, the Sidney Myer Music Bowl in Melbourne will be celebrating the anniversary of the Apology to the country's Stolen Generation on February 13th. Bringing together both Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australian performers, there will be a concert which aims to promote an atmosphere of shared unity - and to spread the message.
