Boys Like Girls return to Australia for a throwback tour this April

If you haven’t heard yet, the fusion pop-punk-emo band from Boston, Boys Like Girls is returning to Australia, after almost a decade, to perform a national tour.

After forming the band in 2005, the success of their self-titled album in 2006 spread across the world leading with their smash hit singles ‘The Great Escape’ and ‘Thunder’ that broke into the Billboard top 10 singles charts and achieved gold certification for their album. The band continued with their second album ‘Love Drunk’ in 2009 before releasing a third album ‘Crazy World’ in 2012.

Prepare to pay homage to your angsty teenage self and revel in their renowned tracks as the band will be performing their beloved self-titled album in full with other fan favourites to follow.

The tour commences April 18 and the band will be performing around the country starting with Perth’s Capitol on April 18. From there it’s onto Adelaide’s The Gov on April 19th, and then Melbourne’s 170 Russell on April 22, Sydney’s Metro Theatre on April 24, before ending at The Valley Drive-in in Brisbane on April 25th.
