BIGSOUND Live: Highlights of Night One - Part One (09.09.15)

Walking into this year’s BIGSOUND, I feel inspired. 150+ acts, 15 venues, and looking at the program, I probably can recall a song or two from maybe 10 or so artists. This is what BIGSOUND is all about, the opportunity to walk into a venue and have no idea what you are really walking into...

Angus & Julia Stone, Jon Hopkins, Four Tet and more named on this year's Lost Paradise line up!

This year's Lost Paradise festival is set to be fantastic, with the official first artist announcement being revealed. The three day camping festival is going to be held in the Glenworth Valley over New Year's, offering festival goers a special experience of live music, arts, some brilliant food and drink options and more to bring in 2016 in unique style. Confirmed to perform and DJ at Lost Paradise this year are acts including Angus & Julia Stone, Jamie xx, Four Tet, Tkay Maidza, Jon Hopkins and more - the full line up can be viewed below!

Gang of Youths, Holy Holy, Timberwolf & more featured on first official BIGSOUND artist announcement!

BIGSOUND has named the first 50 artists for the 2015 live program and for another year, Brisbane looks to become a buzzing hive of excellent live music in September! BIGSOUND Live sees 14 music venues through the Valley taken over by some impressive line ups of bands from around Australia and abroad over two nights for what has become Australia's biggest gathering of industry and music fans. Last year's BIGSOUND program was hectic, showcasing some diverse and brilliant talent - both emerging and established - and this year is going to be no different.
