Bernard Fanning lining up for two-part album release with Civil Dusk and Brutal Dawn

Bernard Fanning has revealed his latest project this week, announcing that he will be releasing a special two-part series of albums both this year and in the early stages of 2017. For fans who’ve been waiting on the former Powderfinger-frontman to drop a follow up to 2013’s Departures, talk about a double whammy!

The first edition, Civil Dusk, will be released in August – a result of Fanning’s time spent recording with Nick DiDia in his own custom built studio out in Byron Bay, La Cueva Studios. The first taste of the album has also been dropped, with Fanning’s latest music video for “Wasting Time” available to check out below!

The second part of the album release comes in Brutal Dawn is still shrouded in a little mystery with only a rough release timeframe of early 2017 being unveiled. For fans wanting to get the jump on Fanning’s latest album updates and pre-order information, head HERE!
