Melbourne metal band, Barbariön will be touring Australia this August/September in support of their new single "Metalman".

Hobart's winter festival DARK MOFO celebrated its closing with a party dubbed "Satanalia", featuring a blend of Australian and International bands of a dark, brooding manner, including Mono (Pictured), Boris and The Drones, capping off a most eclectic and diverse arts and cultural festival. Live Review: The Beards + Barbarion + The Stiffys - The Corner (16.03.12)

Tonight’s line up inspires copious amounts of all manner of hirsute expression in the crowd; in the form of natural beards and moustaches of all shapes and lengths, stick on moustaches, and fake beards on men and women alike. There is no prejudice as far as body hair is concerned, and all punters are wearing their facial hair with pride. Letting it all hang out, as are the bands.

Sydonia and Barbarion set to headline Rock The Bay 2011

Back for its third year, Rock The Bay makes an epic return to The Espy Hotel on Saturday March 12 (Labour Day long weekend) with over 30 bands sweating it out across the entire venue.
