While much-loved Melbourne roots trio Tinpan Orange might be packing their bags in anticipation of a whirlwind European tour in support of The Cat Empire, it’s not without a little parting gift.

Gorgeously lush new single "Like Snow" is utterly lovely in its vision, articulation and execution.

"Like Snow" is a folk-tinged track based on frontwoman Emily Lubitz’s alluringly rich, husky voice and graceful acoustic guitar. Generous, twangy pop hooks make "Like Snow" a fine entry point for those unfamiliar with Tinpan Orange’s style.

Unfortunately, with touring duties to attend to, it’s not likely the trio will be releasing their full-length record any time in the near future - so for now you’ll have to be content with this honest, forthright and accomplished little gem.
